พรรคพลังประชารัฐกับการสืบทอดอำนาจรัฐและความชอบธรรม ในระบอบประชาธิปไตยไทย
บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมโยงเชิงโครงสร้างระหว่างพรรคพลังประชารัฐกับเครือข่ายอำนาจรัฐประหาร และประเมินผลกระทบต่อความชอบธรรมทางการเมืองภายใต้บรรทัดฐานของระบอบประชาธิปไตยไทย โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพผ่านการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ ครอบคลุมช่วงเวลาตั้งแต่การก่อตั้งพรรคในปี พ.ศ. 2561 จนถึงพลวัตทางการเมืองในปัจจุบัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พรรคพลังประชารัฐเป็นสถาบันทางการเมืองในลักษณะ “พรรคสืบทอดอำนาจแบบลูกผสม” ที่มีบทบาทเชื่อมโยงอำนาจจากระบอบรัฐประหารเข้าสู่ระบบรัฐสภา แม้จะมีความชอบธรรมตามกฎหมาย แต่ยังคงเผชิญข้อถกเถียงด้านความชอบธรรมเชิงจริยธรรม อันเนื่องมาจากโครงสร้างทางการเมืองที่เอื้อประโยชน์ต่อเครือข่ายอำนาจเดิม ขณะเดียวกัน พรรคได้ปรับตัวผ่านการใช้นโยบายสาธารณะและรูปแบบ “อนุรักษนิยมประชานิยม” เพื่อสร้างความชอบธรรมเชิงผลงานและการยอมรับจากประชาชน อย่างไรก็ตาม ความยั่งยืนของความชอบธรรมของพรรคยังขึ้นอยู่กับความสามารถในการลดช่องว่างระหว่างความถูกต้องตามกฎหมายกับความชอบธรรมเชิงประชาธิปไตยในระยะยาว
