Development of School – Based Management Models Appropriate for Tessaban 3 School

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop school – based models suitable for Tessa ban 3 school contexts. The study was divided in two steps. For the first step, create school – based management models study of a research document. The second step was development of the school administration models. The samples used in the survey study consisted of 15 school committees, 1 school administrators and 14 teachers. The statistical devices used for this study were percentage, median, standard deviation and coefficient. The findings revealed as follows. The models for school–based management, suitable for Tessa ban 3 school contexts: In the aspects of academic affair administration, there were twenty – six items, of which the three important ones were teacher group subject organize, approval of the students’ examination passing level, and education quality insurance. In human management, which consisted of fourteen items, the first three important items were look for personnel, personnel’ performance evaluation and approval personnel other school. In the aspect of budget management, which consisted of ten items, the first three important items were approval a budget of school setting, approval a budget, and look for a budget. In the aspect of general management, which consisted of twenty – six items, the first three important items were decentralize power in school, development data base and technology in teaching – learning activities administration, and management community.
